Okay.. We got different bricks, pillars, roof Windows and garage door. Still deciding on bathroom tiles. Might have to make an appointment soon to get it sorted.

Total about 17k. I was pretty happy with that figure, seeing as some building company ask for 2 to 3% per quarter.

Just got my latest tender from Oakworth. Only a small increase after 2 years of waiting. These guys are really awesome. I recommend these them to anyone building!

Nothing yet( lot 4208) I spoke to Landcom and they said we won't receive any letters till around June/ July.
