What's the progress on everyone building from 1h release? We are still waiting for cdc approval.

My land is registered and settled but we had to put down $1000 for holding deposit then $9000 more to secure deposit

You're right. It gives us more time to save, and make sure our loans are set. We've just signed contracts with our builder. So save save save time.

How many m2? Can they do another valuation? 17k is a huge discrepancy.

Oh no we also went with cba and they haven't valued our land yet because of the same reason.

So it's $70 a day penalty for not settling on time? I think id rather the penalty then lose the land. We are getting all the final things together…
