The plans are just about to go to a building surveyor(apparantly the builder said it is quicker to get it approved with the new building…

It is left corner on the plan so will have nice sunny aspect to the rear living and alfresco.

Hi turtleschell...because i am building with Gemmill Projects they couldn't offer me that promotion. I am getting the upgraded Westinghouse appliances and granite benchtops 'thrown in' though.

Firstly, thank you soakedblonde for the warm welcome and to turtleschell for the prestart info.
Pre start items I am looking at are:
Upgrading bathroom vanities to stone.
Silk finish cupboards to kitchen.
Upgrading…
