yes we did early settlement, the quicker the better really want to start the building ...hopefully will be within the next 4 weeks...
when are you doing settlement?

Yay.. we are now the owners of our block...settlement was today.. now cant wait to start the build...

Finally stage 4A is Registered according to the Land Titles website, been advised settlements will happen soon most likely next week....

Lets hope it registers this week...oh and they should still give us d Voucher for$500 not our fault it didnt register before the end of December.... .. we were…
