Hi we bought our land in New park and it was supposed to register in March 2019 and it got delayed till mid November. All depends with developer think.

Yup they were ok. had to pay the fencing guy to remove and put it back.

Happened to us. Builder asked us to remove the fence for the bricklayer.wehad to pay fencing guy to remove few panels of the fence and install.

May be if you or soliciter can talk with your builder and mutually end the contract think that will be the best solution.
