The grey area is polished cement plaster. It’s basically like normal white set but with cement. The plasters work it till it becomes very smooth.

The mix is a 40mpa standard aggregate mix.
We only wanted to show minimum aggregate. Approx 1 week after the pour it was honed back prior to our bricklayers…
