We're down to the studs - on the outside it's single brick + some kind of reflective silvery insulation stuff. Used to be gyprock + bathroom style asbestos sheeting.

Try MagicPlan or RoomScan Pro (not free). Both pretty good once you get the hang of them, and the measurements are fairly accurate.
