I just checked the DA and it looks like it has been approved on 8th Mar, nice progress..

Have you guys keep tracking of the DA process for the subdivision?
Last time we check that they have not got the approval yet.
Can they start the construction with the council…

I just checked with the solicitor and they advised that the estimated registration date is early 2019. I am in Stage 2.

This is definitely a sign of slow start, hopefully, they can start their work anytime soon...
