And we'd think with SAP and expensive ERM in place, PD won't make silly mistakes like this.
What's your plan for the wrong cupboards?

I've informe PD from the beginnig that I will be using an independent inspector at each main stage, namely
pre-pour
Framing
Pre-plaster
Fixing/waterproofing(probably)
Pre-handover.
If you go down that path, forward all construction drawings including engineering…

Arent these two different roles? Surveyor arranges the permits, check the plans etc. There can be only one surveyor per build. Easier to use builders usual one for this.

Since the framing stage, we have more days with no worker onsite.
Three quarter of plastering is done...but I see very slow progress these days.

Inside beginning to look like a (dirty) house. Cant imagine all these plastering work done in a single day.

Pax comes in 2 depths. 350mm and 580mm. So you can find wardrobe inserts that will fit 380, but as you mentioned it is too shallow.

Anyone planning to replace standard light switches and plugpoints post handover with something better, like LED illuminated push button ones?

Agree. I can buy the wall mount for around 22/= and use these wherever I want.
Personally I prefer dome over the bullet cam.

Useless. They are already damaged.
Any idea at what stage the proper downpipes are installed?
