That's strange. I dont know what the code is, but my facade had termite protection where there is a timber frame touching the slab.

PCI today. New Home Inspection onsite. Quite a few unfinished work to be done at this stage. But it is much better than this time last week.

Bricks washed, upper floor toilets and bathrooms waterproofing done and finally they have delivered the correct facade corner windows.

It appears Porcher Cygnet canbe installed with a bottom water inlet with an optional flexible hose. We went with concealed back inlet.
