We did cdc which was approved a couple of weeks ago. We are lot # 476. Building a slightly modified Havana executive with McDonald jones.

Ours should start really soon. No one in our part of lawler drive have started yet. I predict first week of September which should put us as finished in February.

We are having our builder do them and a basic screen door to the laundry. Fly screens were $15 each and the door about $250.

We took 3 weeks for cdc.
Just waiting on bank to submit commence construction letter to builder then we we are all done for prebuild stuff. So close!

We are at cdc now - it's meant to be quicker than through council. We haven't had to make any changes to our plans.
