That looks a bit ******* and possibly dangerous...get an electrician in to check thoroughly, I would guess a new replacement light.

You don't neccessarily need structural, however I would use structural...straighter and better quality...

A carpenter, first...he can also tell you if it is load bearing etc...once the wall is down, you will need a plasterer, unless the chippie can do it himself.
