If you go awning windows just make sure they're able to open right out, ours in our current place are restricted so they only open about 7cms, super annoying!!

From your pic it looks like your Ens vanity will be semi-recessed. By rights it should look different on the Floor Plan to the bathroom vanity, and is usually done…

For what it's worth, I'd also look at incorporating a window into your Laundry, that's a big chunk of blank wall on your facade
