our contract says 2440mm
some of the frame to ceiling heights are 65mm out
taking a generous 25mm for floor and ceiling coverings this is still significantly not as per contract.

just had our inspector in - the ceilings are too low - definitely not as per contract by about 65mm in some onf the bedrooms
