Finally got around to installing flooring to the rest of the house.
About 18 hours of work so far and probably another 18 to go! but worth it…

Carpets in the bedrooms as of last week.

I quite liked them, quite modern but should still look good in years to come.
Only thing I'm not 100% keen on is how they are a coated brick so any…

Land is not cheap in there, i got lucky and got an affordable homes block which was significantly cheaper.

PCI today.
Few minor finish issues and little bits to sort out but should have the keys tuesday next week.

PCI is booked for Tuesday
Not much has really happened over the last few weeks, Roller door is in as is the range hood but thats about it.

Should have PCI in the next week and hand over about a week after that

Power is on, shower screens in and eaves painted

14 weeks so far from levelling of the block. Inc slow 3 weeks of christmas

Managed to get in for a look friday night - back door got left unlocked.
Electrical is almost complete, Needs shower screens, a roller door, some paint on the exterior, door…

Very little communication from the builder but it really looks like its almost done.

Updates have slowed due to not being able to get in (or have any luck someone being there when i try)

Kitchen is in, cornices are done, wet areas have been screeded, downpipes in and busted window fixed.

No idea what the footings cost alone but the tender was dead on (as it should be as they take soil tests etc )
