From experience valuation doesnt take long, a few days. Following the valuation, i'd say 10-14 days until the docs are complete.

Thanks EmeryBB, i have heard some stories about them. I am hoping to have somebody local to do the installation.
Its a pity the builder doesnt let me do it myself…

Yes I do, its provisioned for (iincluding xA fan, larger duct work, zoning etc)

Same here, we have not been able to negotiatie land costs from developers, different if you buy private.
With builders it's similar but like ellebell say, its worth trying.
