Finally after a year post handover we are finished with Clarendon..carpet replaced today..glad its done...and no more dealing with them..it was a bad stressful experience after handover ..glad to end...

Sorry I wouldn't know because we never had it included in our tender...but from experience..built 3 times..its always cheaper to do certain things post handover..floors..blinds..landscaping..etc

Clarendon are a nightmare post handover with issues...they are a complete opposite to how they are when they want you to build them

Tile Direct has been great in finally resolving our issues..wish Clarendon would do the same..but no..we will now have to take them to d Tribunal to have our carpet replaced…
