Well, I am in SA, Adelaide metropolitan north.
And it is still framed (Supaloc) brick veneer house.
Did not do any photos of building progress.
Shall I contact builder about this?

Hi all,
So the house is about 3.5 month after the handover and we started noticing many cracks between gyprock and cornice.
I understand that could be because of gap painted over…

What do I need to do next anyway?

No, I don't have photos of driveway being laid but I have seen it myself.
There was a standard reinforcement mesh sitting on plastic chairs.

House is a few month old.
Couple of months ago we arranged a driveway and a concrete footing around the house.
Yesterday found a crack at the edge.

yes, it is a brick veneer, 1 storey, ~100 sqm area.
When normally builder should rectify potential slab flooding issue, towards the end of build or ASAP?
