We haven't built in those areas but we are building at The Hermitage which is not too far from Leppington. We are very happy with Adenbrook so far

My build is coming along really well! Since my last post the following has been done.
Frame completed
Windows installed
Sarking done
Plumbing rough in
Gutter and fascia installed
Roof completed
Bricks delivered
