Most annoyed, just found out from Plunkett that spoondrains to be allocated to downpipes as minimum requirement by the Shire
Proper concret soakwells 2 x 1500 and interconnectors = 5000-00 dollars

Just cleared land...footings/slab next.....too early days to comment but already issues with safety over downlights after initial selection…
