Yes, well you seem to be doing things a bit of a different way round, so a lot of the things may be quicker for you later down the track.

We Signed up 6th June, It was 10 weeks to signing Contracts (end August), another 8 weeks to Pre-Start, 6 weeks in Contract Admin, (early December), 10 weeks (including Christmas)…
