Do these deck posts look like they meet standards?

Thanks for the response. How is the certificate of compliance obtained? It this standard for such a small job?
Also is it a problem to "piggy back" on another stirrup?

Hi,
Yesterday I had some deck posts replaced due to them rotting at the bottom.
The original stirrups were too low and enabled the posts to rot.
The posts are around 6m high…
