We knew before hand all the builders we spoke to where very upfront with costs we chose the house we wanted. So it cost us.

Most of Beechwood designs have an angled main bathroom screen.

Budgeting wise tommy_1991. It is up to you. We have left ourselves with $80k for unseen costs and finishing. It really differs from person to person.

Tender will hold the price for 180 days

We are waiting on ours at the moment and we're given a time frame of 10 weeks from submission to basix to out of council.

We left an $80k leeway for finishing off. However this is for shed window coverings landscaping and upgrades in flooring.

Looking at floor plans hands down if it was me I would go Mantra 28. So much more resale value. No clue about the two builders qualities tho.

We have signed paper work to get out build through on old standards which means no changes or extra costs just 3 weeks longer of waiting.
