Hello everyone. I am looking to build with Henley. Have had colours appointment already. Does anyone have any idea of how costly planning permits can be. I am advised by Henley that they will charge $1,100 for land survey and also $1600 for arborist costs. I understood I was to obtain a planning permit due to environmental significant overlay ESO1. However council says that to obtain this I will need to provide an arborist report. Now with Henley already charging me arborist fees, I have requested that Henley act on my behalf and obtain all approval from council. In am building in Frankston, VIC 3199 and am looking to build the Palace LUX q1 five bedroom. -- Any suggestions on what would be a fair price for Henley to charge me... Thanks.
