Who are you building with? Some builders will pay the usage portion of the bill. Wisdom paid for our usage, we just had to pay for the service fees.

I don't think you need to follow the plan exactly. Ours won't be, but it's pretty close.
Also, can I ask who did your retaining wall? Looks quite good, and we…

I'm on the iiNet 100/40Mbps and loving it. Helps that my wife works for iiNet though so it's all credited for us :D

Hey all,
We got handover of our home on Tuesday and have been slowly moving in and getting things sorted. Can anyone recommend an antenna company? Thanks! :)

Yes, we went over ours too. If the delay isn't due to anything you've done Wisdom will generally give you a bit of lee-way. I'd discuss it with your CSO…

Yeah, unfortunately the admin process is slow for most people. Ours took from March 2012 until Nov 2012. Site was cut late November and we are now at lockup stage…

Water was ~$38 and Electricity was ~$35. Both were just service connection costs.

Hi all,
Quick question. We have received a water and electricity bill and we are still in construction. Who pays this?
Thanks :)

Yeah we did. The display for our brick used off-white, so we didn't get to see what Nat Grey looked like. I'll call my SS to confirm what they used…

I haven't seen the colour on display and I…

I think one of the Clarendon Display Homes have clear glass if I remember correctly. Think it was the ensuite.

Now that we have started building, I have to say that Wisdom have been great. Our site supervisor, Joe, is fantastic. Really have to commend him.

We've just had many delays along the way for almost every part of the approval process, not to mention lots of admin delays with WH which we lodged a complaint…

We've been registered ever since we settled on the land back in March and we just got out of council with our plans. On Hoy St with WH as well.

We got the same news. I think council takes 6-8 weeks on average.
Our commencement date on the contract is the 31st of July, so it's cutting it quite close...…
