Plumbing fit-out today so managed to get a bit of a look inside and took a few pics. Electrical fit-out commenced and will be completed tomorrow.
Expected practical completion this Friday…

We are nearly there. Rubbish bin and port-a-loo removed. Site scraped.
Just a few touchups and a decent clean to go.
PCI moved to Monday 23 July.

Nikhi ours is Alpine Charcoal from National Tiles. Just searched maximo black and I really like it! Comparing that to the Alpine photos the maximo looks like it will come…

I think we chose red rock & merbau if that helps. We wanted more of a natural wood look but wasn’t an option but they do match

Our alfresco will be just the normal ceiling.
We originally wanted the 'clear coat' timber look for the battens, but it wasn't until colour selection time that we were made aware…

Kitchen installed
Burnished wood on the bottom and white silk on the top. Will be nice to see it when it's clean.
Benchtops are 40mm ice snow with waterfall edge.
