So it turns out that most of the big name home builders don't even build where I live.
Metricon, Eden Brae, G.J. Gardner... Claredon probably won't either and Hotondo's closest builder…

That's a great idea, a lot more of the designs I've seen probably would fit if you just took out the garage.

Just wondering what our building options are for a very narrow front (9m) small block of land (300sqm)?
We don't have a huge budget - probably around the $250k mark…
