The final cost of the Manhattan 41- as displayed will depend on the number of upgrades you add-on. E.g. LED downlights, other lights and switches, surround sound wiring, facade etc.

O yes, bought a land in stage 6 on Bimberry circuit at Pasadena.
I've also noticed the release date has changed from Nov/Dec to Dec/Jan due to adverse weather.
