Has anyone put in a garage door at the rear of their garage to provide drive-through access to their backyard?
If so, any idea of $ cost?
Cheers

The $1500-1700 was around what I recall but you will need to add appropriate surge protection as well which will increase the price.

Keep in mind you can DIY your own flooring/carpets, perhaps look at getting some quotes for comparison. The credit amount we received was ~$5,500 for a Barcelona 32 floor plan.

I would recommend an independent building inspector regardless of which company you build with.

Hi guys
In case anyone is interested I have started my own blog to track our build/give tips and chat about lessons learned. We're building the Barcelona 32.

Wow, they are concerning defects. Very glad we have completed our own cut and fill privately. Also engaging Darbecca, but never questioned needing an inspector. No confidence without one!

Just wondering if anyone has received credit pricing for removing an outdoor living space? We're building the Barcelona and contemplating doing the outdoor area ourselves.
TIA
