Ours was 3months, we had to let them know in 3 months.

We haven't had had any progress on our maintenance, been here over 3months now...

We didn't get hand towel rails either. It was in the Advan tage plus booklet Oracle gave us but not on the advantage plus inclusions..weird. We bought them from bunnings…

Most of our issues were raised before handover they told us it would be fixed in a few weeks after handover. Ours must be archived too then!

Yes! We have been in just over 3months now & they keep telling us someone is coming, we stay home on the day they tell us & noone turns up.
