No that wasn't in the construction drawings ...apparently it's in the sewage plans from the council . Not sure if it is in that spot. We're obtaining the plans.

He said it would be finished off with a metal cap. The porch will be tiled finish. I feel it's a mess up in the engineering.

Building a new house with a reputed builder and just had the slab laid and found out the sewage inspection point is on the front porch. Please see attached pic.
