In my experience the tradesmen we hired to do floors, painting, etc after handover were so much more professional and produced better quality than the builders' so-called subbies.

Folks check your toilets to see there isn't too much gap and the cistern doesn't wobble.
If u got BT to install r/c aircon, run for a while and see if…

Mea culpa....I'm terrible with taking photos. I took photos of the bits they had to fix up....Will post some more pics after the blinds go in this weekend.

Thanks guys. There r still a couple of little niggly things (eg. sliding window sticking a bit) that builder has committed to fixing. Painters started work at 6.30 this morning.…

We had PCI yesterday. There's a fair few things to fix up, touch up, finish off, etc but nothing too major.
Booked in for next PCI and, hopefully, keys, on…
