Footing, block work and steps $12k. Render $4.5k. Tiling/tiles $3.5k.

Pillars rendered were 3,500 and retaining sections including full drainage was another 3,900 through my builder. The infill panels were 350 for material and installed by a friend.

Tile selections for Bathroom, Ensuite, Powder Room and Laundry completed. Vinyl/carpet going down elsewhere.

Not too sure about your kitchen options, but we found that it was more cost effective to choose the Neo Modern Kitchen option than to do some of the upgrades…

To save $. We did have roof & wall insulation through Coral as we needed it for Basix in NSW but we did all internal walls too with acoustic insulation
