Sam Smith I don’t know all the extras pricing as yet - but I do know all the major structural, flooring and appliance upgrade costs. They are expensive but I think that is the case with all builders. The good thing with plantation is a lot of nice stuff is included as standard all the taps, laminex, ceased stone, basins etc are all standard options. Plantation are also quoting on all window furnishings for me - but not sure if we will go ahead with that as they could be quite expensive. I think we will end up about 140k over the base house price but we have had some substantial upgrades to the house and have not really skimped on anything. The facade and triple car upgrades were the most expensive items.
Sam Smith Oh my block has an acoustic level 2 rating so I had to pay extra for additional sound proofing... annoying.
