Speak to Andrew and the MBA (which is the contract they are using).
Without knowing what kind of contract you have with them, I assume its still a fixed price…

So let me get this straight... you’re home is half built (frame stage), and you haven’t completed your electrical or you colour selections or your upgrades/customizations?

Where is your home at now? Have you got your colour selection quote and your electrical quote yet?
