one good thing about this area would be every home would be slightly different which would be great . Also we did approach custom builders who specialized on sloped land…

Speak to bentley homes or simmonds both would build on blocks. I have a 3m fall across the block front left to rear right.

Just noticed today stage 1 had numerous blocks where builders had done soil test, 1block had I believe water meter installed already..
Lot 88 and 89 are really good sized blocks…

Yes that’s good. You should be able to get one of the builders for sure. Carlile from my experience has strict rule where they don’t like building on a slope.

I don’t think there are any blocks in stage 2 with less then 2m fall. Mine is lot 46 2.8m fall both Bently and simmonds said they could build on…

You can either go to Simmonds or Bently or Metricon for the big builders if not your choice would be custom builders. Which block are you ?

Haven't done a soil test yet. But it all has a fall. Most big box builders won't touch it.
Bentley homes the only one willing to build on the slope.
