I don’t think there are any blocks in stage 2 with less then 2m fall. Mine is lot 46 2.8m fall both Bently and simmonds said they could build on…

You can either go to Simmonds or Bently or Metricon for the big builders if not your choice would be custom builders. Which block are you ?

Just wanting to see now that settlement Stage 1 is underway who is starting or planning to build. We are about to settle on Lot 46 Stage 1.

Haven't done a soil test yet. But it all has a fall. Most big box builders won't touch it.
Bentley homes the only one willing to build on the slope.
