That is so true, I keep losing sight of that. Got to pick a flooring and bench that we love paint can change.

Thanks ruraldoc! We broke down the cost with our builder. It's $90 for each drawer, the initial quote was putting soft close on all doors and cupboards.

Yeah I am not sure you could fit all that in but...I have seen some people do awesome front veggie gardens you would just need to check your particular council
