Hi Dont know much about those builders apart from porter davis they have a plan with split level
but currently i am building on a sloping block with Inspired Homes/Arden Homes…

you should get a call in just few days after you have deposited your 1st initial payment

I am building in Grandvue Estate,Officer Timbertop is nice as well bit expensive on the land side

Arden homes is the actual builder who builds on behalf inspired homes

Guys same situation
deposited for land in Grandvue Estate officer back in Aug 2014 at the time land sales people said
anticipated titles release date March/April
they were extending every month or 2

i am going with austral access fawn bricks with surfmist garage colour n windows
just i am not sure how surfmist colour would go for windows n garage door…

I dont think your broker has applied yet because as soon he submits application your credit check will be done and if you have subscribed for credit agencies like veda…
