the have been so good with the service and constuction wise

do you have split level in the plan and did they fix site costs

whats the fall on your land
front to rear or back to front

Exciting times Titles have been released settlement date booked for 1st week of NOV

you should get a call in just few days after you have deposited your 1st initial payment
if not contact or send an email they will get back to you

Stampduty+ LMI you have to pay
if your putting both land plus construction together
The LMI would be on the total…

Land price 210K or 220K
if its 220k minus 11k deposit
will leave 209k plus LMI and other charges

How mortgage insurer can come up with short fall when bank already does the property valuation
