Yes we used the included porcelain tiles in the sapphire range but upgraded to a better polished porcelain tile as the included porcelain tiles were not that nice.

Nope 2 storey. Madison 35. It works really well and is so quiet. Haven't used cooling mode yet but heating is unbelievably efficient.
