I did not sign a fixed price site cost with them.
So now it's too late.

Every other bank has come back with $30k lower valuation on the land.
Lack of comparable sales data i suppose.

I'm now going for house AND land.
The builder came back to me with site cost of $30k !!!
So yes, the struggle continues.

Given the way things are going, 14k low on building and land seems alright.
I dread to see the valuation come back for construction with ANZ.
Not sure about the conservation areas…
