The terracotta roof tiles were 6700 dollar upgrade from the original display home concrete roof tiles. It was worth it as concrete roof tiles do not have the same warranty…

I would not concern myself with the small cracks. Check then over the next few days to see if they expand.

Sunday I mowed the lawn and thought how about a beauty shot..

this week we had some of the windows installed

and also roof tiles delivered.

hoping tomorrow we get our stacker doors…

The upgrade cost was from 2.7m to 3m.
Energy costs- I am more concerned about the size of a 56 sq house than the extra foot of ceiling space.

Well last week we had the trenching down and the piping

and this past Wednesday we have been slabbed

and today they started the frames.

boy that is fast. Here is hoping mine goes that fast. The letter I got today says me house completion is in late September '19.
