Hi all,
Building a small(ish) 4x2 in Banksia Grove, WA. City of Wanneroo......council took almost 2 months! Site will be started on the 13th with slab down on the 15th.....Celebration homes!

Just signed final finance forms and settlement on land is going through next Monday! And then we own our own piece of dirt!
