Whilst completing our last build with RedInk Homes and moving in in April 2011,
We are now building an investment property with Gen1 Homes on a strata Lot.

apparently they have spilt - the company is owned by only one of them now

We paid $48 p/sqm for the liquid limestone & $68 p/sqm for the Aggregate.
75sqm to the front and 113sqm for the backyard.

They have a price list online but i paid $440 per inspection

The move starts tomorrow, still waiting on Redink to complete their closeout tasks... still no shower screen door, mirror, painting not complete & no weather seals to entry doors!.
