We were initially planning to do it with McDonaldsJones as well but it was way too over the normal cost. So decided to let it go and build double storey…

Yeah.. we were looking at Domaine by clarendon homes and yes the fall is more than standard so they are charging 22,000 as site cost to cover that.
That seems unfair…

Maple subdivision certificated is released from council today. It will take 2 weeks to be registered from LPI.
Target commencement of land settlement period from 24/03/2017.

yeah..no news really . Even though they said December I never relied on it. But I am hopeful to get it by March end
