Loving the large pendant lights, it draws your eye to the kitchen. I've something in mind. Not too sure it will go with alpine mist caeserstone and chalk white cabinets.

Go for 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, and ditch the ensuite. More versatile and desirable to buyers if you choose to sell later.

Thanks for the feedback.
The light is from Beacon and it's the 1.8m long one. The island bench is just over 3m long so it sits nicely in the middle.
