I am also building with blueprint, they have been pretty good so far but everything takes quite a while in admin, we had pre start 3 and a half months…

my guess is the brickwork was not plumb, generally grey float should be 10mm thick, so personally I wouldnt except that, or the damaged doorframe, they wont fill those gaps…
