yep, that window should be bifold. You are right about the bedroom 4 door location, it was designed to be there to create a sense of space.

How do you find Broadway homes? are they good builder to trust ?
Generally speaking, Lorimer's spec is a bit higher than Broadway homes, and this is giving the Broadway…

Broadway is about 299 sqm while Lorimer is 306 sqm
Elevation is about the same with 31c and 28c

Fairly radical suggestion but I'd swap the master bedroom and the activity room around.
This way the activity room is a buffer between the kid’s bed and bathrooms and your bedroom.
