what layout did you end up in your build? We are on the same boat. Our block is also facing east and the crossover is on the northside.

thanks! I checked with Arden about underfloor heating and they told me that they no longer include underfloor heating in their build due to some issues...

How was the in-floor heating? Who is the supplier? Thanks
