I have contacted Telstra and they are servicing NBN in this area. So for now I will need to go with Telstra.

The site manager told me that they are working towards the 15/12 for completion. I am waiting on Fairmont to give me a hard practical completion date.

We are at the stage of the frame and roof currently. Hopefully this week they will be staring the next phase of the construction.
