Unfortunately it is coming up with invalid document number... we might not even be at that stage yet. It was the DP number on the land contract

Have you checked Land and Property site to see where the Deposited Plan is at?

We are building on Condell Park Rd (Highlands Estate)
In July 2014 we were told land registration expected Dec 2014.
In Dec 2014 we were told Feb/Mar 2015.
