Telstra connected a phone line today and he mentioned that the exchange for ADSL2 has just finished last week so should be able to get it soon.

I was told by our lawyer that settlement would be in December prior to Christmas.
However, Elders real estate said November. We are on stage 2.

I spoke to elders real estate today and they said land wont settle in July as expected. It could be another 6 mths from now.

Yeah awesome, we were actually looking at the cooper as well but still havent decided either.
